they wish to have no bars. Richard then left for the council to discuss.
Request was granted, however any tint applied must be gray to match existing window tints.
This will be the community standard in the future.
INSURANCE
Just a note premium and deductible reduced
CITY OF CHILLWACK NEW WATER METER
Russ contacted the City. It is possible we have a leak, they need a little more data. Once we have
confirmation of a leak, we will have the city try to locate the problem.
ENTERGATE SYSTEM
The phone number has been changed and the new number sent to all units Things are generally
working well although a few issues did come up due the age of the equipment and wiring.
MAILBOXES
Jeannie did some research and received some information from Shane Corley as to the replacement of
the mailboxes. It turns out that we can have blocks of mailboxes replaced, cost runs from $300 to $600
per unit depending on the number of boxes.
It is also possible that Canada Post will install a community mailbox. Shane started this process. Jeannie
will follow up with Canada Post.
LANDSCAPING
General discussion around alternatives to the current grass, it was noted most of the lawns are in rough
shape and an alternate ground cover might be a better choice. Unit #1 has offered to try the alternate
around the new Telus box.
CRACK SEALING
Doug received a quote for crack sealing of 1600.00. Council discussed this and moved to go ahead and
get the work done. RICHARD MOVED/NATALIE SECONDED/PASSED UNANIMOUS VOTE
