Annual Strata Dues & Financial Management

Your Council is responsible for defining Annual Strata Dues and managing strata finances to ensure the financial health of Cottage Grove Estates. Strata dues will be determined by a majority vote at our Annual General Meeting.

Dues: $150.00 per month

RV park dues: $150.00 per year. (BASED ON NEEDS OF THE STRATA)
