  • The Mission of your Strata Council is to Manage the Operation of the Cottage Grove Estates Bare Land Strata.

  1. Objectives: 

  3. To manage the financial accounts for the Strata Owners.
  4. To set, manage and secure Strata Fees
  5. To invest the Contingency Reserve Funds.
  6. To maintain the Common Infrastructure.
  7. To resolve Conflicts within the Strata Complex.
  8. To manage routine Operations and Contracts.
  9. To enforce the Strata Bylaws
  10. To secure Insurance for the Common Infrastructure; and
  11. To ensure Owners have access to current Information on Strata Operations.
