Depreciation Report by WSP Canada

This report is a summary of the expected major repairs over the next five years. The present infrastructure condition and estimated cost of renewal is listed by a profession engineer. Your Council will continue to maintain the infrastructure through its annual Maintenance Plan so that major work can be deferred into the future and our Contingency Reserve Funds will be sufficient to cover any projects.
